Never again will I do business with this company.
Staff is always friendly. That's about where it ends. Twice I've had services done. First time 2 tires are bought and second time 4 tires. Both within a month and a half and neither time did they do a free alignment. A free service that comes with the purchase of tires. This is especially frustrating when you're making the deal with them and they nod and say "yeah I'll make sure the balance and things get done." Bunch of scammers trying to charge me extra for tires I did not order even though they discounted them. Mind you I paid in full as the service was being performed and no one could speak up and say anything about it but instead make me belive the keys are in the center console so when i arrive at 1230 am to pick it up its locked. Thank you to Ray the supervisor for saying I don't need to pay the extra charge. You saved me the hassle and time that I didn't have energy for. You're a great individual.
Had winter tires put on 3 days ago, and got a flat that progressed into needing a tire replacement today. After having purchased the replacement tire I discovered that the protection plan for the tires (which was mentioned to me on the phone as an extra item I could add if I so choose, although I'd already have free flat repair from the service, and the staff is required to offer it) would not only cover the replacement tire but is also good for $40 off switching out your tires (So it pays for itself after 2 swaps). Wish I was informed about that extra benefit when I made the appointment initially. It was pitched to me as one of those unnecessary extra charges companies try to get you to pay for. I feel as though this Tire-Plus doesn't have much attention to detail and is rushing to get through cars, as when I picked up my car (which was 2 hours later than they estimated it would be ready) they charged me for tire destruction, which I had been very clear with them prior to that I was keeping my tires because they were only 3 months old. I also found out that the Tire Plus inside Minot charges more for both tires and services compared to the one on the Air Force Base, good to know AFTER I have already made the purchase. In talking with the people at the one on base they said they would need to do some more retraining with the people that work at this store. The staff on base were significantly better than those I dealt with in town. If you have the option I'd recommend going to the one on base, else find a different place to do your service.
They did a great job squeezing me in on a Friday afternoon at 5:00. All I had was a tire balance but I was out the door by 6:00 with a smooth ride. Thank you for the great service!
Went in to get my tires rotated that I purchased from them, the rotation was fast but they didn't adjust the tire pressure, my truck uses LT rated tires and requires different pressures front and rear. Not a huge deal, but defiantly not something to overlook.
These people have treated me fantastically for almost 10 years now. I don't even shop around anymore. I just come straight to Tires Plus.
