I love going to westlies to get services done on my cars. The building itself is very comfortable and nice to wait in. The staff has always been incredibly nice and helpful towards me. I usually walk in with very little knowledge on what I need done and they’ve never made me feel like I’m stupid or inconveniencing them for that. As someone with severe anxiety it’s extremely important that I have a place I feel comfortable enough to walk into alone and to be able to freely talk to employees to get things done. I’ve never had any issues arise from repairs/services I’ve received and I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say. I truly appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and kindness. And for giving me a place I can trust for all my car needs.
The service is good and the Employees are very nice and helpful. I was disappointed that I had a 3pm appointment for an oil change but waited 2 hours for it to be completed.
Sent my 19 year old college student there for a repair, they put on a flat spare & sent him down the road. He didn't make it one mile & it was completely on the rim! He called them immediately & they wouldn't answer the phone then closed early! He spent 2 hours waiting in sub-zero temperatures for a tow truck. We are not from ND, this enraged me! DO NOT go there
