I bought 8,000 dollars worth of appliances from Karl's for my new house and their customer service is horrible. When they delivered my refridgerator they gashed the freezer door handle and it took me 4 months to finally get the new one. Also, my stove needed a new circuit board and when I talked to the manager he said he would order it and call me back in 2 days. He never called back and I had to hound them in person and by phone to get it done. Don't buy from them unless you want to speak with a worthless manager and unapologetic staff.
