Got my photos done for passport here. They were quick and professional. Had time to grab a bite to eat, and the photos were done when I came back.
Don't ever bring 120 film to this place. Where I'm from they charge 2 bucks for a clean roll of well-developed processed film. At this place I paid 5 bucks for a roll of blotchy, dirty, BURNED film that was unprofessionally done. Instead of putting the film inside of the protective container they wrapped it AROUND the container and it was covered in fingerprints and hair. They told me it would be three hours and they'd call me but I got no call and had to come in the next day.
This place is run by people that don't know what they're doing. I don't want to be mean but if you value your film being developed correctly for art or business-related uses don't risk being disappointed by bringing it here.
I can only speak for the passport style photos of Rainbow Photo Lab. I went there expecting to pay the "average" $6-8 for some passport photos. To my surprise, the photos were just over $18. The service was great, the people were nice, the store was very neat, but the prices (for the passport photos) are pretty high.
They did a great job with a damaged photo for a funeral. Fast, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend them.
