Friendly staff, rooms are a good size and very well-kept and clean (as is the entre facility), nice pool area, and central to shopping and dining places. Easy to find and ample well-lit parking. Breakfast is quite basic but good variety of offerings. Appreciated the sanitized TV remote and having the listing of available channels. Have yet to find a hotel where the bedside alarm can be easily set -- best to phone the front desk for a wake-up call. We have stayed here several times and will be back again in a couple of weeks as a good value.
This Best Western is one of the nicest motels we've ever stayed in. The staff, from check in to departure & in between were outstanding. The rooms are very clean, & they have a great breakfast variety. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Minot...Keep up the great work!!!
The only negative things that impacted our stay: no fitness center within hotel and there is no laundry room within hotel. (There is a laundry mat within a mile up the road.)
Good value for the money. Conveniently located next door to the mall, has a salt water pool and hot tub, and a generous breakfast is included. Beds are a little old and could use updating (as well as some of the in-room furniture), but the staff are lovely and you can't beat the location!
We arrived on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by a very friendly clerk. Check in took about two minutes, very efficient. Our room was large pool side and everything was clean and worked well. The pool was noisy until 11.00 pm, then all was quiet. Breakfast was good quality and quite busy with good variety. The express check out went perfect, under the door in the morning. A good stay, we will be back.
Very helpful staff, housekeepers were awesome about cleaning up after our children and accommodating their cleaning schedule to when we left each day. Room literally right next to the pool and hot tub, very convenient! The breakfast was excellent each morning! Comfortable, clean room.
