Was staying here frequently. Nice hotel and friendly staff for the most part. Gave me a dirty room one day but fixed it. This last time way over charged my card they swip for incidentals didn't just put a hold on it said they would reverse the charge two weeks ago. Hasn't happened yet so now i have paid interest on this money they wrongly charged me. Still waiting for them to fix it. Guess i will have to dispute with card company and get a new card. Said when you can't trust a business to be honest with your card info.
Staff was nice, room was well made and clean. A hotel that meets that criteria gets a full 5 stars from me. My one complaint was the cleaning service came at around 4, I was back in my room getting ready for dinner; minor, more odd than bad.

One of the few available brand hotels in the city. Right next to a large mall with several clothing, electronics and all kinds of stores as well as a wide variety of great places to eat. Good and comfortable ammenties with a very friendly and accommodating staff available 24/7
