My visit was to book a conference room or meeting room for my daughter's graduation celebration. The staff was very helpful and polite. I only saw the entryway and meeting rooms but that alone would sway me to want to stay the night. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Arrived fairly late at night, front desk staff was friendly but checking in took quite a while. Room was clean and furnishings looked nice, but wasn't huge. Larger than average minifridge though. Bathroom shower was large and quite nice but lacks a tub, which could be an issue for some people. WiFi did have WPA2 enabled, which is a good change. Bed was too firm for my comfort, obviously YMMV, but didn't get a great night's sleep. Coffee machine wasn't plugged in, had to move it halfway across the room and unplug a lamp (!?) to make coffee, which was underwhelming and very weak even for hotel room coffee. Alarm clock had a couple USB ports for charging your phone, which would have been a nice touch if they worked with my phone (gave a moisture warning, but charged fine with the same cord from my Anker pack - maybe grounding issues?) If this had been a budget stay, I could forgive a lot of this, but having had twice the stay for half the price a few days earlier made it a hard pill to swallow.
Internet is good...no circulation in rooms except AC that sucks fire smoke and the smell of diesel into your room. They have a small pool and hot tub. Conference rooms. Staff is nice and helpful when needed. Rooms are new and up to date
The staff is great and helpful. They switched over to being a comfort inn. I'm hoping it improves everything else, because the wifi is a joke. You can't even stream a standard definition show consistently. Most of the bathroom ventilation fans don't work or are so loud you want it to quit working.
In short, visually appealing but missed on the fundamentals, making it an adequate stay and poor value at best. Better than your car, but you can do better.
