To top of the craftsmanship, maintenance is non existant...just fix the issues yourself, might actually get done before the lease is up
very questionable craftsmanship on units, walls are paper thin (you can hear EVERYTHING the tenant upstairs is doing), very drafty windows/doors and the cheap electric floor heating units are a joke
