We stay there every time we go to MINOT. The staff is always helpful and the food is always delicious. VERY clean the view is awesome. Thank you GRAND.
Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel. Nice clean rooms and kids had a blast in the pool.
Went for a birthday party. Kids loved it, only hotel in town with pool side rooms. Pool seemed clean, area was in working order. However, the rest of the hotel needs attention. Worn/dirty carpet throughout. Service carts with old food left in hallway and common areas. Needs updated/refreshed.
Bar service is pretty good. Went here for a Christmas party. Can't really remember much.
I attended a wedding reception there. While waiting for the wedding party to arrive appetizers were offered. There were about 125 people there. The amount of food put out was insufficient. The salads were brought out sporadically. The main course was cold. And other tables were finishing their food before other tables were served. Server dropped my fork on the floor and never returned to give me another one . The ribs I ate were delicious but the corn dogs that were given to the children were under cooked and cold. On a positive note the bartender was pleasant and friendly. She seemed knowledgeable of her job and worked efficiently
