Prepaid online and when I arrived the front desk told me the confirmation number was not valid. Had to call their website support which could not fix the issue either. Front desk also said others have come in with the same issue. Apparently it's not being fixed. Beware when booking online! Other than that the hotel is nice.
Room and facility was clean. However, breakfast service was very poor. I went into the breakfast area twice only to find coffee empty, 2% milk empty, and several of the pastries gone. There was little of very slow resupply. Disappointing.
First room we got was not clean and elevator had very weird smell. Second room have us was clean other than that service was okay. The breakfast did t look very good.
Needed a last minute place to stay and had no issues setting up a reservation. Room was nice, and there were no issues, but the lack of a pool and hot tub was a bit unfortunate.
Clean rooms, decent beds, staff could be friendlier
