The breakfast has a great spread for everyone. The kids love the pancakes.
Just went to the "Best Kept Secret" for drinks. Have been there before and always have a great time. A nice quiet spot with semi-private nooks to enjoy the company you're with.
Pool slide not working water is freezing no reason they can't have heated pool and area. Cable channels very few. Not that great. It's hooked on the mall which makes it nice
I don't recommend this hotel to those who have needs of handicap accessibility. The "handicap rooms" are difficult to access with daily items. The housekeeping staff did not vacuum or clean the room nor did they restock items...towels, coffee,toiletries. They did not remove garbage or replace linens for persons on an extended stay.
We got a 2 queen bed suite for my husband, our 3 kids, and myself. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was definitely on the older side and not very padded or comfortable but fine for our 6 year old. The room only had a shower, no tub. Worked fine for us but some may have an issue. Hot breakfast was alright. Nothing special but edible. We spend the night to utilize the water slides and pool. The kids had a blast! We would definitely stay again.
The rooms are modern and up dated, the beds are super comfortable.
The water park is amazing. We spent hours in there with the kids.
The hotel is the best location in town, you can walk down the mall and watch a movie or grab lunch in the food court
