Was told and at the store level there was a typo error in the dollar amount of the warming layer and I was supposed to get it for a different price because it was wrong you don't put a catalog out with the wrong numbers on it and then not honor the price immediately for customer!
Will never suggest this type of bed to ANYONE!
What a nightmare always somebody else's fault to not resolve problems and today I was told about customer service for a warranty issue and was on the phone almost an hour getting four different wrong people and then an answering machine so I never got to talk to the warranty department again !
When purchased bed in less than 2 weeks of new bed we wanted to upgrade to king but was told can't as the platform not returnable! Just mattress! Was not told at time of sale! Ugh! Buy elseware!!!!!
